• Webhook metadata required for message delivery and security verification

• Maintain short conversation memory for context continuity
• Send optional follow-up messages if enabled

Storage and retention

Conversation data is stored only as needed for bot operation and troubleshooting.

Third-party processors

• Meta Platforms (Instagram Graph API / Webhooks)
• OpenAI (only when AI-generated replies are enabled)
